I had to smile when I saw it because it seemed so true.
Brooklyn residents seem to have the more laid back family-oriented lifestyle compared to those in Manhattan, the borough which means business.
Talk about leaving the best till (almost) last.
We'd spent the morning strolling past the glistening hanging ducks of Chinatown and the red-and-white checked tablecloths in Little Italy, a trip which led us to the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge.
You can catch the Subway between Manhattan and Brooklyn but I'd beg you to walk over that bridge.
It is the one absolutely perfect memory I have of the Big Apple.
I'm surprised I didn't trip over because I spent so much of the walk looking back at the incomparable Manhattan skyscrapers, which seemed to go on endlessly.
Brooklyn is very sweeeeet indeed.
Next stop: Oh no Coney - the amusement park that is far from amusing.
