The New Zealand coffee festival is celebrating all that's good about roasted, crushed beans this weekend, and we here at Answers thought we'd jump on the bandwagon and do some celebrating of our own.
But where to start? If you've never had coffee before then the best place to start is here, where you'll find other coffee-virgins looking for an someone to decrypt the world of mochas, frappuccinos, macchiatos, and frappes. You'll also get a good idea of which beverage is best to kick-off your coffee drinking career.
Of course there's literally hundreds of debates over coffee; which is the best, which country makes the best coffee, and what's the best food to go with your coffee.
It's also fascinating to read about all the places coffee has been spilt and relieving to know that you can remove it from clothes, carpet, books and even teeth!
There are always a few trivia buffs on Answers wanting to know where coffee came from, why Americans call it "joe" and what fair-trade coffee is. As well as a few baristas offering their tips on making the perfect home-brew cappuccinos.
If reading all this is making you thirsty then it's worth investigating the possibility that you might be addicted to caffeine. Never fear though, there's ample literature on how to kick the coffee habit and detailed knowledge on the science of caffeine.
For those still thirsty for a bit of debate, log-in and share your thoughts on where to find the best coffee in New Zealand.
